FAQ

What If They Don't Have a tape player?

We can include a QR code printed on the inside of the J-Card that leads to a Spotify, Apple, Amazon or YouTube playlist that you submit to us, so they can stream the mixtape wherever and whenever they want to while displaying the cassette tape on a shelf, desk or back of their sock drawer.

How long are the tapes?

60 minutes (30 minutes per side).

Can I submit my original audio?

You certainly can! If you would like to submit original music or audio message you can upload it on the Product Page before you click Add To Cart...or we can email you directions after you place your order.

How do I make a Playlist?

You can send us a list of song titles and we can create the playlist for you at no extra charge.

Order early

We design, create and record everything in house. We record your tapes in Real Time (No High Speed Dubbing) which means the number of tapes we can produce daily is limited. If you have any questions just send a message and we will respond quickly.
